Cancellation:
- You have 3 calendar days to cancel your order from the date you purchased it.
- To be eligible for a cancellation, you must contact customer care number +91 99124 17557 and confirm the cancellation. Or send mail to info@webtoratech.com
- Your needs to have the payment or proof of purchase.
- No cancellation or exchange after first draft delivery.
Exchange:
- Once your cancellation period is over you can opt for exchange of service which priced same or higher by paying difference amount (if higher).
- No exchange applicable after first draft delivery.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your cancellation request we will verify details and notify you that we have received your request
- We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after verifying purchase details and payment details & cancellation period.
- If your cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account (or original method of payment).
- You will receive the credit within a 3 working days, depending on your bank/card issuer’s policies.
- No refund after first draft delivery.
- Promo code or special discounted benefits will be deducted and net paid amount will be refunded.
